 MEC Officer Election Update

On April 28th,  we posted job descriptions and solicited for résumé's for the new term July 2008 to June 2011 for all MEC Officer positions.  The deadline for those résumé's was Monday, May 12th.   We received four résumé's : One for MEC President, one for MEC Vice-President and two for MEC Secretary/Treasurer. 

On May 20th these will be the candidates your LEC President will be considering for those positions.  The new MEC Officers will be elected by the voting members of the current MEC, the LEC Presidents.  Each LEC President will cast one vote for the candidate of their choice for each position.  Please feel free to contact LEC President or any of your LEC officers with your thoughts on the applicants.
