JULY - PBS Base Sit Schedules

On July 15^th, Mock bidding opens using August pairings.  Bidding will close on July 20^th at 9am.  Below is when the PBS trainers will be in your base to help you with your Regular and Default Bids.  After the Mock bid awards come out on July 25th, the PBS trainers will back in your base to help in explaining your Reasons’ Report.

REMINDER:  If you have a default bid in the ClassBid system, please note that it will be deleted on July 1st when Navtech delivers our upgraded program which includes our reserve module.  The PBS committee highly recommends that you print off a hard copy of your default bid before July 1 so that you can re-enter it into ClassBid. It is anticipate that you can start re-entering your default bid on July 3^rd – the company will put out another bulletin once we are certain the transition is complete.  Thanks!
