As you know this week we continued exchanges with management on an extension of our current contract provisions.  The current amendable date is May 1, 2010.  We have had several “volleys” this week and have every expectation of concluding on Monday the 9th.  I have had a couple of communications with folks that bring me to reiterate that the scope of the exchanges was very limited and whatever we arrive at will be put out to the membership/subject to ratification.  Additionally that this in no way impacts the PBS re-ratification vote scheduled for next Fall.  More on Monday./kelle
