Greetings, More information will be forthcoming on this, but a heads-up that in addition to the "make whole" portion of the resolution to the dispute over the application of the medical deductible to name brand drugs when purchased at a network pharmacy - that application will stop on June 01st, 2009. If you fill a name brand prescription at a network pharmacy on June 01st or later, it will not be subject to the deductible. We will have the reimbursement for those of us impacted in 2008 no later than August 01st, 2009. The reimbursement for 2009 should be available much earlier in 2010.
