Since Winning an NLRB Election in November 2003. We have been fighting to come to agreement on a first Contract with Osram Sylvania.

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

I am contacting you in support of the Glass Plant employees in Versailles, Ky. Your company has refused to negotiate a contract with these loyal, and dedicated, employees for well over a year now. Additionally, Osram has engaged in anti-union, and anti- employee behavior during this same period. You have spent a vast amount of corporate money on union busting lawyers just to avoid treating your workers fairly. Even after a year of negotiations you are still proposing to fire employees for passing out union literature, and exercising their right to free speech. The world is watching, and the world does not like what it is seeing.
