Today most of you should have started receiving the AFA-CWA negotiations survey in the mail.  This survey must be completed online or over the phone.  You will need your packet in order to access those two systems.  If you do not receive a survey packet please call 1-800-424-2401 ext. 564, Monday-Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 PM ET. 

It is extremely important you provide as much feed-back as possible.  Make sure you let you fellow flying partners know how important it is to participate in this survey.  This will help your Negotiations team focus on what the important issues are.
