at the training center.
We have set dates for future negotiations sessions as

Your
Negotiating Team is committed to providing very open
communications with you.
In this spirit, we will be holding crew room sits in
conjunction with scheduled negotiations sessions in the
domiciles when possible.
You are all integral parts of this process and to be
effective, you must be informed. Our next Crew Sit will be in
ORD
ORD CREW
SIT
December
7th
1pm
After
going through our respective openers, we formulated an agenda
for our next meeting. AFA and the Company had conceptual openers and
will refine ideas in specific section proposals. We will address the
following sections:
- Safety and
Health
- EAP
- Physical
Exams
- Geographic Emergency Aircraft
Repositioning
- Co-Domiciles
- Commuter
Policy
- Grievance
- General
- Commuter
Policy
- System
Board
- Union Security and Dues
Check-Off
Both
sides have agreed to no changes in Probation and Time Off W/O
Pay.
This is
an ambitious schedule, but we are pleased with the
Company’s willingness to match our motivated
timetable. In all
negotiations, the very important economic items such as pay and
productivity work-rules are always held to the end of the
process. As a
result, non-economic sections will be addressed
first.
As
always, wear your union pin in solidarity as we work together to
improve our pay and work life.
