Octoberfest has begun!

Two big events in three days!

Saturday, October 3 -- Come meet Jody Wagner, Labor's endorsed candidate for Lt. Governor, at the NoVA Labor office, 4536-B John Marr Drive, Annandale. Jody will be with us prior to precinct walks. Doors open at 9 am with donuts, bagels, juice and coffee.

Another precinct walk will take place from the Manassas IBEW Local 26 hall at 8731 Plantation Lane. Doors open there at 9 am as well.

Monday, October 5 -- Kickoff the statewide tour of the Painters, Insulators & Cement Masons campaign bus for Creigh Deeds (the

2007 Virginia Building Trades Legislator of the Year) at the NoVA Labor office in Annandale at 5:30 p.m. Get inspired from the union leaders and candidates who will be meeting with us.

Refreshments will be served -- and phone banks will be operating at the event's conclusion.
