Stop the AIG Bonuses!
AIG's greed and negligence brought our entire economy to the brink. They are bailed out to to the tune of a $170 billion bailout ($500 every American). And now they have the gall to award massive bonuses to their managers. With our money!
Tell the board of directors at AIG—and your elected officials in Washington—to stop giving away bonuses with our taxpayer money.

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,
As a taxpayer funding the AIG bailout, I'm outraged that my money was used for bonuses. A $1 bonus would have been too much. Yet you have given $165 million in bonuses. This is an unconscionable act of greed and mismanagement. I demand this money be gotten back.
The government trustees -- who control almost 80% of AIG's stock -- need to find a way to get this money back and reign in all outrageous pay at AIG.
Our leaders in Washington need to see to it that greed like this never happens again.
