House Bill 1416 (Budget Bill) has been amended in the Senate and sent back to the House of Representatives for their concurrence on the Senate Amendment.  Call and send the below letter to your PA House Representative TODAY and ask for a "None Concurrence" vote on the Senate Amendment.  This Bill could be voted on later today. A "None Concurrence" vote will send HB 1416 to a Conference Committee to begin negotiations for the Budget. The Senate Amendment may result in thousands of Commonwealth layoffs as is written. 

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

I am requesting a "NO" vote on the Senate Amendment to House Bill 1416. The Senate Amendment, as written, has the possibility of thousands of Commonwealth employee layoffs. THIS COULD BE ME!

A 'Non-Concurrence' vote will force all parties to the Budget table for serious negotiations and put an end to this Budget stalemate. The Commonwealth needs a budget in place now.

I would appreciate your support of all Commonwealth employees.
