Protect Our Voice in Health Care
Our union's Skilled Crafts Unit at UC Santa Cruz is 3299's last bargaining unit to complete contract negotiations. For several months, Skilled Crafts workers have been pushing for basic protections on pension and health care. UCSC Management is proposing to take away Skilled Crafts' voice in healthcare, denying them the same rights we recently won in Service and Patient Care.
