SB. 335 An Act Concerning Protection of Whistleblowers passed the Senate last week and is waiting for a vote in the House.

ACTION:
Contact your State Representative and ask him/her to pass SB. 335 which would protect public employees from retaliation from their employers who blow the “whistle.”

S.B. 335 would:
· extend whistleblower protections from one to three years
· empower the Attorney General to protect whistleblowers from retaliation
