Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

For all children to succeed, schools need high academic standards, a rich curricula, quality professional development for staff, help for struggling students, adequate funding and a fair system of assessment and accountability.

The No Child Left Behind Act has failed to live up to its promise. Our children are paying the price. Congress and the administration need to listen to parents and teachers. It's time to make some constructive changes and get NCLB right.
