The SEA Impasse Hearing, lasting over five hours last night, ended in great disappointment for teachers and other employees.  The School Board, acting as the official and "impartial" legislative body, voted 4 to 1 to support management's salary recommendation for the 2008-09 school year. Looks like the School Board believes the only employee worthy of a salary increase this year is Dr. Vogel!
