Maestro & Windows Vista 64-Bit Computers are Incompatible

We would like to remind all Flight Attendants that when purchasing a new computer, to please be aware that Windows 64-bit operating systems do not work with Maestro.

Toshibadirect.com sells a large amount of 32-bit Vista computers at reasonable prices. As you can see below, this specific laptop is a 32-bit laptop.  You can find this infomation under the Quick Specs and Operating System.

If you are shopping in person at the stores, you can find this information usually on the box or if there is a display model available, you can do the following to see if it is a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows Vista computer:

1.  Open System by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.

2.  Under System, you can view the system type.

Unfortunately, as technology advances, Maestro stands still and remains the same.  At this time, there are no plans for upgrading the Maestro system to work with 64-bit Vista computers.
