Attendant Vacation Bid opens today. Bids are available on our AFA 66 Website, Wings, and
at T-4. The
bid is due on October 31st at 0900. Bid awards
will be posted at the PHX and LAS hubs and on the AFA 66 website
(www.afa66.org) by
November 10th at 1700.

from the 2010 Vacation Bid Packet only.
*If submitting manually, write legibly
– any questionable entries will be skipped.

Insufficient bidders will be assigned per the AWA/AFA Agreement.

ACCEPTED**
