Equal Pay – Either Way Picket

Send out the message to management that their time is up! 

·        Four years since the merger and no economic relief in sight.

·        Seven years without pay increases while airline executives reap the financial benefits of the America West/US Airways merger.

·        Ten years of living under the same contract because US Airways executives wanted a merger. 

We have been patient enough!!

West flight attendants wear the SAME uniforms as our East counterparts.  We perform the SAME JOB and work for the SAME COMPANY.  Yet our flight attendants make up to 40% less than our East counterparts. We deserve equal pay for equal work.

Plan to attend the Equal Pay – Either Way Picket  to send the message to management that we want economic relief for west flight attendants either through the immediate relief of Section 6 negotiations, or through reaching a merged contract soon.
