The short explanation of this alert was:

A majority of registered nurses at Benedictine Hospital signed cards in order to have the New York State Nurses Association (NYSNA) represent them for the purposes of collective bargaining. The Benedictine Hospital administration has filed a number of objections with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) as a stalling tactic to delay the union election.

We need your help! Please contact Benedictine Hospital and encourage them to withdraw their objections, allowing the union election to take place in a fair and timely manner.
