The New Jersey Partnership for Working Families Coalition, as well as over 60 community, religious, labor, women, academic and minority organizations have been at the forefront of campaigns to implement a paid family leave program and have worked with the Legislature to develop and introduce meaningful and appropriate legislation on this issue. Believing that no worker should have to choose between their jobs and their ability to spend the first critical weeks of a child's life, or between a paycheck and a desire to care for a sick family member, I  respectfully ask for your support of Paid Family Leave.
