We have a state budget that is bad enough, and on top of that Public Education is not fully funded.  Most school districts are looking at cuts of around $292 per student. Districts receiving 20(j) funds are facing even deeper cuts.  Higher Education is looking at cuts of 4% plus cuts to student financial aid. 

None of these cuts needed to happen if the House and Senate did their job.  They can fix it now.  Tell your Senator and Representative that it is time to fix the budget.  Otherwise students will be significantly shortchanged in their education.
