Canada needs true Net Neutrality
New rules permit Internet throttling
Recent rulings by the CRTC will curtail, but not prohibit, the major ISPs from slowing down our online connections if it serves their corporate interests.
This is unacceptable because it denies Canadians true Net Neutrality.
