The short explanation of this alert was:

ILRF's former Executive Director, Terry Collingsworth, now of the law firm Conrad and Scherer, recently filed a lawsuit against Dole Food Company for hiring the Colombian AUC paramilitary group (considered a terrorist organization by the U.S. government) to murder union leaders and use terror tactics to discourage workers from unionizing. The lawsuit against Dole can be viewed here. The Department of Justice has still failed to investigate the case.
