Public employees have been waiting for more than 30 years to level the playing field in negotiations so that public workers have the right to negotiate over the same issues as the private sector.

H.F. 2645 makes reasonable and necessary changes in the law, which has remained unchanged for 34 years, while the challenges facing public employees have increased dramatically.
