Tell Congress: Rebuild Our Economy

Millions of working families like yours are struggling to get by and facing real worries about their financial future. Earlier this month, Congress passed a bill bailing out Wall Street, and now it is time for them to turn their attention to American workers.

Last week, the CWA Executive board approved a set of principles for a recovery plan that helps all Americans, not just Wall Street bankers. Our principles recognize that the best way to restore the economy and restore the living standard of millions of American families is to focus on quality jobs, health care and bargaining rights. We are reaching out to other unions, organizations and elected officials across the country to build support for our principles, but we need your help.

Please take a few minutes to write your Senators and Representative. Remind them that they serve American working families and need to support our economic recovery principles and pass a plan to help all Americans, not just Wall Street bankers.
