The Executive Budget proposes closing four Department of Correctional Services (DOCS) facilities: Hudson Correctional, Camp Gabriels, Camp Pharsalia, and Camp Mt. McGregor. Aside from the devastating blow to workers, their families, and their communities that this proposal represents, it is simply bad policy.
