The short explanation of this alert was:

Healthcare Reform Legislation passed the Congress Saturday no thanks to the two DINOs (Democrats In Name Only) from Georgia that were suckered in by the insurance lobby's Astro Turf Campaign. Most of our Congress can tell the difference between astro turf and real grass (roots) but maybe not these two. They put the interest of tea baggers ahead of the interest of their constituents. Please let them know how you feel.
