The WELCOME BABY PROGRAM serves roughly 4800, low income, Skagit County families a year. Without this program the health of our children, our families and our community is in jeopardy.

The WELCOME BABY PROGRAM identifies families at risk for, or dealing with, family violence, hunger, illiteracy, inadequate health care, and homelessness, and provides them with tools, intervention, education and resources to help build strong and health families.
