Tell Dale McCarty to give hotel workers a fair process
The hotel and convention industry in Indianapolis is booming, but workers in Indianapolis are among the lowest paid hotel workers of any major city in the United States. Over the years, the City of Indianapolis has invested over $100 million into the development of the local hospitality industry.
For more than two years, hotel workers have been requesting a fair process to form a union at their hotel. Westin General Manager, Dale McCarty, has given them anything but a fair process. Workers have been fired, intimidated, suspended and harassed for wanting union representation. Dale McCarty needs to know that the community supports the hotel workers, and their right to form a union.

Subject: Give the Westin Workers a Fair Process
Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,
The hotel and convention industry in Indianapolis is booming, but workers in Indianapolis are among the lowest paid hotel workers of any major city in the United States. Over the years, the City of Indianapolis has invested over $100 million into the development of the local hospitality industry.
Community leaders request that the Westin Hotel Management give the Westin workers a fair process, and agree to a card-check neutrality agreement.
