How does it work?
- Join one of the following Union Plus Health Savings programs.
- After you join a program, you'll receive a Union Plus Health Savings card.
- Search for a provider in your area and make an appointment.
- Show your Union Plus Health Savings card at your doctor's appointment or pharmacy.
- Receive instant savings with the Union Plus Health Savings reduced fees.

They must pass strict credentialing criteria prior to joining the network. This network is offered through PHCS -- the largest proprietary preferred provider network in the United States. |
Eligibility
The program is for United States residents and is not available in Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Canada.
The Standard, Premium and Premium Plus Health Savings programs are not available in Montana and Vermont. The Prescription Card program is not available in New Hampshire.
