Teachers Under Attack.

Make Your Voice Heard.
The misnamed Center for Union Facts—a secretive front group of lobbyist Rick Berman—launched an assault on teachers that includes full-page ads in the New York Times and USA Today and commercials on CNN and Fox News. These media outlets should not have accepted ads that attack teachers and the students who rely on them.

Teachers are "the teachers union," and a teachers union is simply the collective strength and professional voice of its members. Those with an ideological bias against unions or a grudge against public schools take great pains to paint a different picture of teachers and teachers unions.

Contact these news outlets and let them know why ads that attack teachers only make the important job of educating our children more difficult. Tell them why you support your union. Tell them the good things your union is doing. Tell them the real facts.
