Support for the Employee Free Choice Act keeps growing and growing.

Every day, more Americans are learning about the importance of allowing workers the right to organize free of employer intimidation.

The movement is also growing in Congress, where more than 230 Representatives have already announced their support for this crucial legislation. But Congress is only in session for two more weeks, and during that time they'll be hearing a lot from opponents of this bill. It's crucial that you contact your member of Congress right now to shore up his or her support.

I want to thank you for your support of the Employee Free Choice Act. I'm glad that you are standing with the public on this issue instead of with those managers who want to be able to continue to intimidate their employees without consequence.

As a member of the Communications Workers of America, I believe that the Employee Free Choice Act must be passed into law. The freedom of workers to choose a union and bargain with their employers should be a right for every American. If passed, this law would help rebuild the middle class by expanding health care, improving retirement security and raising the standard of living for America's working families.
