December 10, 2004

The entire day yesterday was spent in subcommittee discussions on overtime and Fiber build-out issues.  These discussions will continue today, along with discussions on vacation, holiday and various scheduling issues.  Formal bargaining will then recess while your committee works in caucus to prepare responses to all issues on the table.  Our next bulletin will be issued Monday.
