Dear Flight Attendant,

In response to a request from AFA leaders and activists involved in the Delta AFA organizing campaign, the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA-CWA) has begun a poll among Delta and Northwest flight attendants.  AFA has contracted with The Wilson Center for Public Research to conduct this telephone survey, which was launched today.
 
The poll will address the issues of work-related improvements, views of management and of the AFA, and union representation. Whether you support having a legally binding contract, oppose having the right to negotiate with management, or are not yet sure, your participation in this poll is very important. If you are among the hundreds of flight attendants contacted at random to participate in this poll, please share your candid views. Any information you provide will be kept in strict confidence from Delta Air Lines and will only be shared with AFA.
 
The Wilson Center for Public Research conducts polls with many airline employee groups. If you have Caller ID, you will see either the Wilson Center’s name or a number from area code 301 and exchange 306 (e.g. 301-306-XXXX.)

We realize that most flight attendants are eager for us to move past our election and get on with the goal of negotiating the best flight attendant contract for the world's largest airline.  This poll will help move us one step closer to that goal and we thank you for your participation.
