Dear CVG Based Flight Attendant,

Your pre merger Northwest colleagues are excited to be visiting the CVG  IFS Lounge again this week July 21-24, 2009.  We anticipate being in the lounge each morning and evening for a couple of hours.  We welcome you to stop by and ask us questions about working with a legally binding contract and what the ability to negotiate means to the pre-merger Northwest Flight Attendants.  We will have information for you to take with you on the merits of collective bargaining and what exists for us at NW with regard to our medical insurance compared to Delta's and our industry leading job Scope and labor protective provisions.

What's most important to us about visiting your base is the opportunity to have conversations and learn from each other--from learning how navigating the bankruptcy protection experience was different for our respective groups to how on average pre merger NW Flight attendants fly 3 fewer days each for the same pay.  We'll have easy to understand, clear comparisons for you to take with you.
