The National Mediation Board has
announced new rulemaking to change its unfair voting procedures
so that the majority of votes cast will decide union
representation. As a result, Delta AFA has withdrawn its
petition so that flight attendants will have the same rights as
other employees. General Counsel Ed Gilmartin explains what it
