The National Mediation Board has announced new rulemaking to change its unfair voting procedures so that the majority of votes cast will decide union representation. As a result, Delta AFA has withdrawn its petition so that flight attendants will have the same rights as other employees. General Counsel Ed Gilmartin explains what it means.  We invite you to watch the new video on our YouTube channel and help us build a strong presence on the Internet.
