PRIVACY POLICY

Any information collected through this website remains with IFPTE and will not be shared with Management.  IFPTE has taken reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and communications from misuse, theft or misappropriation.

Information from web-based email forms used on this web site are sent directly to IFPTE.  If the purpose of the information is to communicate to GAO employees active in union organizing, IFPTE will forward this information in a confidential manner only to those GAO employees.

Union Authorization Cards collected by IFPTE will be forwarded to the GAO Personnel Appeals Board/Office of General Counsel (PAB/OGC) once we have collected over 30% of eligible employees' cards and have decided to move forward with a union election, as outlined in the PAB/OGC's guidelines on Representational Proceedings.
