Waste Management Treats Their Workers Like "Garbage"

In Today's Economy Every Employee Needs Security
Big anti-community corporations such as Waste Management doesn't think so.

Waste Management wants the public to see a good neighbor when the Big Green Truck passes by, but behind the Green is a monster that destroys communities.  Waste management has a history of violating the federal labor rights of its employees in Ulster County, NY.

Background Information

Over the past 11 years the employees of Waste Management have gone to work every day keeping the communities that they service litter free. These employees have done so with a sense of community in mind and not just for a wage but because they Live, Work, and Raise families here.  Just like you.

These employees have done the job of collecting both Commercial and Residential waste with job protection and job security until now.

Waste Management has stripped that Job Protection and Job Security from its employees.  This action is not only anti-worker, but it is also anti-community.
