Support Ulster-Greene ARC Workers

Employees of the Ulster-Greene Association for Retarded Citizens (ARC) will have the chance to vote for union representation with SEIU 200 United on August 7. Ulster-Greene ARC management is trying to intimidate their workers and thwart their right to maintain their union affiliation.  Take action to let Ulster-Greene ARC know that their behavior is unacceptable.

Subject: Let the Workers Vote Without Interference!

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

I am writing to urge you to stop your campaign of union distortion and to let your workers exercise their right to vote fairly. As a non-profit that provides for the welfare, dignity and respect of your clients, it is shameless for you to propagate anti-union flyers in the workplace.

The Union has worked hard to secure funding grants for training and employee retention which will benefit your clients, employees, and the community. Your hardworking staff at UGARC has the right to vote for union representation without the process being manipulated.

Sincerely,
