Now that the Employee Free Choice Act has been introduced in both the Senate and House of Representatives, it's time to thank those members who are sponsors and cosponsors of the legislation.

As a union member I want to express my appreciation for your support of the Employee Free Choice Act. I know you have received enormous pressure from Big Business on this issue and I'm proud of you for siding with America's workers. Your leadership on this bill demonstrates your strong commitment to working families.
To revive the economy and rebuild the middle class, we need to empower workers to negotiate for better wages and benefits. As a co-sponsor of the Employee Free Choice Act, I'm sure you agree it is a critical step toward restoring our middle class and giving workers back the freedom to bargain for a better life.
In addition to co-sponsoring the bill, I hope that you are able to persuade your colleagues to join in the fight for the working men and women in this country. When the time comes, I hope you are able to persuade them to vote for the Employee Free Choice Act. This is a critical piece of legislation that we need to get our country back on track.
