The biggest corporations in America -- and their front groups -- are going all out to deceive voters about the Employee Free Choice Act. Some corporations are trying to sucker our Senators into a fake "compromise" that keeps all the power over workers in the hands of the companies.

Senator Tom Harkin has been an important sponsor and leader on the Employee Free Choice Act, but he is getting HUGE pressure from big business. He needs to hear from all of us, encouraging him to stay strong in the face of this pressure and work to overcome a filibuster of the Employee Free Choice Act, without falling for fake 'compromises' that are intended to gut worker justice.

We appreciate your leadership on the Employee Free Choice Act, and understand that America's biggest corporations are mounting enormous pressure on Congress, hoping to kill or gut the bill.
We ask you to stay strong in your support for the bill, ensuring that all three key provisions are enacted:
- Workers need to have a real choice to form a union and bargain for a better life, free from intimidation;
- Companies should not be able to engage in endless delays and stalling tactics to deny workers a collective bargaining agreement;
- There have to be real penalties for violating the law.
Don't let corporate front groups or Senators representing less than 25% of the electorate block this essential reform (via minority filibuster).
