The Labor & Economic Development Committee of Metro Council is currently reviewing the Labor Standards Ordinance and will vote on Tuesday, May 5th on whether or not to send the Ordinance to the full Metro Council for a vote.

The Labor Standards Ordinance will be established for public projects funded with public funds or private activity projects receiving public support through the use of public funds, tax credits, tax rebates, tax subsidies, public/private partnerships, access to public assets or assistance provided by public agencies.
