This session will focus on the methods of photovoice featuring guest PAR researcher, Steve Kroeger. Kroeger is an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati in the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services, in the department of Special Education. Please join this gathering of social justice organizations, community members, students and researchers as we explore topics and issues of Participatory Action Research (PAR). PAR strives to build authentic partnerships between academia and community in order to collaborate on research that is meaningful and useful whether in advocacy and public policy or campaigns and programs.
