WILL YOU COMMIT TO DELIVERING A LETTER??
Wal-Mart factory workers in the Philippines that produce No Boundaries and Faded Glory shirts have experienced things we couldn't ever imagine here in America such as being forced to work 24 hour shifts, not allowed to drink water or go to the bathroom during working hours, and not being allowed to form a union.
The International Labor Rights Fund, United Students Against Sweatshops and Clean Clothes Campaign have called on all those who support workers' rights to deliver a letter to the nearest Wal-Mart store indicating concern for the workers at Chong Won and Wal-Mart's lack of swift action. Get the facts by going to www.LaborRights.org
If you have 30 minutes to spare between Wednesday, Dec 14 -- Sunday, Dec 24, consider signing up to deliver a letter to Wal-Mart.
WAL-MART NEEDS TO HEAR FROM YOU! WORKERS IN THE PHILIPPINES ARE DEPENDING ON THOSE IN AMERICA TO VOICE THEIR OUTRAGE DIRECTLY TO WAL-MART.
