The Screen Actors Guild ("SAG"),
the nation's largest labor union representing actors, is
currently recruiting for its Fall Legal Extern Program. This is
a part-time or full-time position (40 hours/week) from August
2009 to December 2009. The externs will work directly with SAG
attorneys on a variety of legal matters, which may include
arbitration of grievances pursuant to the collective bargaining
agreements, bankruptcy, employment, intellectual property,
entertainment, corporate and tax. Work includes researching and
drafting memoranda, drafting pleadings, preparing cases for
arbitration, and researching and perfecting security interests
