Greetings, Day on the Hill registration closes in one week! Sign up today!MAPE Day on the Hill will be Wednesday, March 12 at the Capitol. Registration that day will begin at 8:30 a.m. MAPE members from all over the state will converge in St. Paul on that day to hear from exciting speakers like House Majority Leader Tony Sertich, learn about important legislative issues and lobby their hometown legislators. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR DAY ON THE HILL. The Registration deadline is Friday, March 7. The 2008 MAPE Day on the Hill is shaping up to be our best ever. Following the morning program, MAPE members will then split up to meet with their elected officials. Legislator appointments give MAPE members a chance to discuss issues of importance to them and their families, such as workforce planning and pay equity, universal single-payer health care, pension security and job outsourcing.
