Greetings, Today, the MAPE contract will likely be ratified by the House. The bill containing our contact, SF 2620, is held up in Senator Cohen's finance committee. The companion bill in the House has progressed very quickly, while the Senate is lagging behind. As a constituent in Senator Cohen's district, you have a special opportunity to help move this legislation. We are asking MAPE members in Senate District 64 to call AND email Senator Cohen on this important issue. Call Senator Cohen at 651-296-5931 and ask him to hold a hearing and pass our contract.
