I support real health care reform. As a customer of Whole Foods, I was shocked by CEO John Mackey's comments in the Wall Street Journal. His statements reflect values I find to be at odds with the values your stores promote of keeping communities healthy by providing fresh, organic foods. I stand with President Obama, who is fighting to make sure that quality health care is available to everyone in our country. This issue is very important to my community, my family, and myself, and I will take my business elsewhere if you refuse to support the effort to fundamentally reform our nation's system of health care. Much like quality food and clean air, I believe health care is a human right.
