Local 59 represents Teachers and ESPs who are employed in the Minneapolis Public Schools. We have been in existence since 1919.  MFT59 negotiates contracts (K12 Teachers, ABE teachers, and ESPs), providing advocacy and individual representation, facilitates professional development, and works tirelessly to meet needs of our members.  Please see our webpage at: www.mft59.org.
