Greetings,
Contract Negotiations Feedback Process:
The MFT officers have asked each site Steward to do a
negotiations feedback process before spring break with MFT
members at their respective sites. If this has not
happened yet, contact your site steward so a time may be set up
to do this.
The process will let the MFT negotiations team and
leadership know what you want us to pay attention to during
negotiations. We will also be sending out a short survey
after spring break regarding salary and other central issues so
we can gather some specifics behind each. (Sorry, we know
you get surveyed all the time but this is the most efficient way
for us to hear from you).
It is very important to know what direction you want your
union to take in negotiations especially during these
challenging times. The union works best when all of its
members speak up so be sure to do so.
And, of course, as always, you may email any of the
officers, Executive Board members or me with your
thoughts. We welcome all perspectives.
