Re: Working Conditions Survey online
It is of utmost importance that as many of us as possible
respond to the Working Conditions survey just released.
This is our chance to share issues behind the current workload
and its impact on teaching, learning, and students. Data
tells the best story in this case, so let us know your
story!
We (et al) are learning a great deal from the feedback you
have so generously provided on other surveys and in focus groups
throughout this school year. Knowing what's working
and what isn't is the only way we will be able to discern the
next best steps.
Our last big survey in the fall had a 75% participation rate
- which was out of the ball park. (Kudos!) Getting that
high of a return gives the survey a great deal of credibility so
let's see if we can do as well or better on this new
survey!
